Don't get me wrong, I know gals who have people pay for that stuff, but the work ain't exactly uh, legal if you get me...
My first choice would be NY, after that is an equal billing with Miami, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and DC in that very order IMO
SF, Chicago, and LA are also on my short list but not above the first 6, Boston and Minneapolis are also up there but I would not describe them as 'commonly boosted' IMO
