Where in the south are you most likely to see people parking their cars on the streets? By this I mean on residential, commercial, main arteries? I have noticed living here in Seattle that most residential streets are filled with cars but even some of the main streets are not as utilized as places like Boston and LA something that is not as common in the south.
Really? Because I live in Miami and I see it all the time, especially in Miami Beach/South Beach though. Take a drive around there and you will most certainly see a lot of streets on the side of the road by apartments/houses.
Miami Beach for sure. Whether metered or zoned for residential parking, most streets are lined for parking. To allay the shortage, the city has been building large decks (designer decks actually) in strategic locations.

You'll see it in Miami Beach yes. That's obvious. But in the majority of Miami city and especially the suburbs, no way. You won't see people parking on NW 27th in Miami. You won't see people parking on NW 79th either. You definitely won't see parking on the street in the residential and commercial areas. Don't even bother mentioning Miami Gardens or Kendall.
