I looked up the city flags of the areas I've lived. From the bay area city's of SF, Oak and SJ, to SLC, Sacramento and Fresno, and Fresno's pretty cool. SLC just redid their flag a few years ago and it's way too modern like a new license plate. Sac's has a modern look to it too with the river. Oakland's is very simple with the Oak tree and kind of boring. SF's is not too shabby, and SJ's is just okay.

1. Seattle
2. Baltimore
3. Pittsburgh
4. Detroit
5. Phoenix

I like a fair bit of complexity in a flag without it being messy.

Oakland has one of the coolest flags of any city.

Simple, timeless, name of the city is right on it and the colors are hot.

Its also one of most easily adapted onto clothing as its made into t-shirts and sweatshirts and hats etc.

I like simplicity: Chicago, Madison
And I like the somewhat retro qualities of: Indianapolis and Portland

That IS pretty cool, but I still don't think it beats Baltimore, Pittsburgh or St. Louis

Yea Chicago
Its probably the most popular city flag, driving around downtown you can see many city flags all around unlike most cities
