" Boulder isn't growing, and the city of Denver isn't either"

Just more proof GoneNative HAS NO CLUE what he is talking about! Of course the city of Denver is still growing rapidly! Just look at what it has grown to over the last decade! Well over 600,000. Still growing! Please stop posting about a city you again and again show you have NO clue about!

No, boo. It's not. Sorry to burst your bubble.

A 3.59% change surely didn't come from strip malls and chain restaurants, now did it?

I'm done replying to your idiotic posts. Have a nice one.

Denver is 5-10 years ahead of Charlotte in regards to development. But I would love for Charlotte to follow Denver in those regards. They aren't "quite" peer cities, Denver generally has a larger "feel" to it and I place it right beneath Minneapolis/St.Paul.

But certainly, Charlotte is growing at a very healthy clip, even with the unfortunate unemployment rate. It'll be in a horse race with Orlando, SA, Portland and Pittsburgh to 3 million.
