It should be easy for cities like Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago etc to make this list, but it's good to see smaller rustbelt cities like Pittsburgh and Cincinnati right up there with them.

Yeah, For all of the cities you mention, I think their strategic locations are very attractive to companies looking to expand.
Always glad to see new projects and the expansion of our economy.
Also glad that Pearland is gaining more economic centers and becoming more of a city and less of a suburb.
The end of the article got a bit optimistic though. They are predicting the growth in Texas to continue for the next 30 years. It might or might not, I am not a fortuneteller, but what seems a bit much to me is that they are predicting Texas to pass California in that 30 period which I think is highly unlikely, and they are predicting that Houston City will pass LA city in that time (also unlikely unless they take in the people living in unincorporated area around the city).
Great to see all the Ohio Cities on the list.
Also glad to see places like Pittsburgh and Baton Rouge on there too. Surprised that San Antonio is not in there.
Pennsylvania had a strong showing up and down the list there.
PA has 2 metros over 1 million, both were ranked in top 10.
PA has 7 metros between 200K and 1 million, 3 ranked in the top 11.
PA has 5 metros under 200K, 3 ranked in the top 10.
This is wonderful! It's always great to see places getting better in this economy. Especially those rust belt cities that had been struggling long before the economic downturn.
How can anyone even hate on this news? It's nice to see the US bounce back!
