Both are secondary cities to a mid-sized state capital city. However distict from there central city.
Which one has better
Nightlife
Art
Food
PT
Road network
scenery
architecture
outer Areas (within city limits)

these cities are comparable,New Britain even has the nations only official Little Poland.

No offense but New Britain, CT isn't on anyones radar beyond the Hartford area and Round Rock is just a suburb of Austin (with the Dell plant). I think a more compelling comparison might something to the tune of Yale campus vs. UT Austin campus if you're going to compare Connecticut with Central Texas or Litchfield Hills vs. Texas Hill Country, places that actually have notoriety.

I don't know anything about Round Rock, but I think New Britain has seen better days.
