I've just noticed that Philadelphia and San Francisco both have the same percentages in terms of diversity.

Philadelphia San Francisco
44.4% Black 49.6% White
39% White 30% Asian
12.5% Hispanic 14.1% Hispanic
5.4% Asian 6% Black

The question is do you feel that Philly is more Diverse than San Francisco why or why not?

NOTE: Philadelphia ranked 5th in diversity in T&L Mag.
Also San Francisco's weak point is Blacks while Philly's is Asian. BUT Philadelphia's Asian has rapidly grew in the past 2 years so maybe in a couple of years Philadelphia's Asian population will hit 10%

Travel and leisure is laughable but for your question, no. I like Philly and all but tech and diversity are things I wouldn't mess SF on unless it's NYC

Tech?
I also second you on that. I feel that San Francisco might be a little bit more integrated than Philly but I feel that Philadelphia overall is more diverse. With the second highest race population (African Americans) in America. San Francisco is not doing great with attracting them. Oakland is another story.

Bay Area is much more diverse than Philly metro. That's where the big difference is.

Seriously, what the **** is with the trillions of Philly vs. SF threads. Nothing personal towards the OP, but this trend on city-vs-city is getting really old.

Yeah I'm with BLAXTOR on that one, no numbers could convince me that Philly is more diverse than SanFran and this is coming from a fan of both cities who has visited both frequently.

I agree in terms of metros but Philadelphia overall is a little more diverse. Personally, I think it is because of the population. Duh...

It might be getting old but seriously what other cities are more fun to compare other than Philadelphia and San Francisco Bay?

I agree that they're an interesting comparison, but at this point these threads have been constantly made every other week for the last year and a half... time to move on.
