Of the Seattle metro, Denver metro, Portland OR metro and Twin cities metro, which are most similar to metro Toronto in these aspects
(edit: i forgot to add Portland Oregon to the title...i would like to bring Portland into the mix as well as the three other American metros mentioned)
a) The People-their accents, mannerisms, social tendencies and political views.
b) amenities in the metro- focusing on zoos, museums, art galleries and amusement/water parks- which comes the closest to or surpasses Toronto?
c) amenities for the asian, muslim and hindu cultural groups-which has the most restaurants, worship centers and stores that cater to these groups, all of which are prevelent in Toronto.
d)density/hustle-and-bustle/urban layout
e)pre-WW2 archetecture and housing stock-which city has that Torontonian Victorian/Edwardian English feel?
f)Modern archetecture and skyscrapers...which city is closest to Toronto's sea of modernist square highrises and newer glass condos

Probably Seattle. The truest answer is Chicago though. Move there.
I'm getting sick of Minneapolis being lumped together with Denver, Portland and Seattle though....why not St. Louis, Cleveland and Detroit? Because Minneapolis is "whiter" and "richer"? Sorry.....ranting, I know!
My first answer is none of the above. However, I will agree Seattle comes the closest. Seattle is multi-cultural to some extent, (not as much as most major cities in the U.S. I will admit). Seattle has a somewhat big-city feel, not exactly hustle and bustle, but probably more big-city than Portland, and Denver or Minneapolis. The kinetic energy in Seattle would probably be closer to Toronto than the other cities, when you look at the major companies that call Seattle home, and the whole coffee culture, etc.
