San Antonio. I've lived in the north and would rather not live where it snows....
Personally, I would never want to live where it doesn't snow. SA would be way too hot for me. Cleveland summers can get too hot for my liking. I don't like it over 75 degrees.

Good list but host city I would say SA easily. Bigger visitor destination and event city.
