Wouldn't have normally put these two together, but would have to go wih Annapolis. It is such a beautiful town, with great architecture. Providence is a good place too,
Annapolis. Because I live there and love it. 30 minutes to DC. 30 minutes to Baltimore. While it's not really a suburb, it can act like one because so many people commute from Annapolis to DC and Balt. I commute to DC, my wife to Balt. Yet it's everything a suburb is not. Charming, lots to do etc. The harbor is awesome, downtown is one of the most vibrant places in the entire DC region.
