What a great thread idea MD!

A bunch going on in Philadelphia right now... i'll try to highlight some of the larger projects.

Probably most exciting is the redevelopment of the Delaware Waterfront.

The Master Plan which is now in effect
Philly Shark: Central Delaware Master Plan is Adopted!

Some projects are starting to come to the Waterfront now. A 41 unit development is planned at Front and Callowhill Streets.

Other projects are...
Marina View... rather disappointing first render but the developers were told to improve the design. The building has been approved.

Two other towers are planned along the waterfront... one is 12 floors
