There is no STATE that is the hub of black culture...

The South as a region is where black culture is the strongest here. There are cities that are hubs of black culture, but state? Nah...

Instead of saying traditional just say old and even back then you'll find some of the similar themes in certain southern cities.

yeah, def. big up. my previous statement was too broad but i think the north-east (+ la floride) has a bigger problem with red-lining probably because of higher amounts of immagants.

Red-ling have left a economic aftermath on the poor neighborhoods in Black communities nationwide. Speaking from that point of view. I can automatically pull any city in the U.S with a Black community of 10K+ and see the remnants of redlining or similar.

My post was in regards to Metro Atlanta and not just city limits and yes Nashville Metro does have pretty good race relations my girlfriend is Middle Eastern and gets along well with everyone yes even the conservative right Church type of people in the Bible Belt. Nashville metro is getting more diverse I agree with people's takes on that.
