SF Bay Area: 80, 205, 280, 380, 505, 580, 680, 780, 880, 980
I-205 is not a Bay Area freeway. It's terminus is in western San Joaquin County and belongs with the Stockton, Modesto, and Tracy metropolitan area. The Eastern boundry of the Bay Area is the western edge of the Altamont Pass. Sure there are lot of commuters that use 205 to get to the Bay Area, but it's 70 miles East of San Francisco. The same can be said of 505, The Bay Area ends just northeast of Fairfield. 505 is on the other side of the Diablo Mountain range in Vacaville.
You did miss including I-238, which is well in the Bay Area!

2. The Bay Area 'ends just northeast of Fairfield'? Since when?
Vacaville is part of Solano County which is universally considered part of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Thanks.
So the answer is...
SF Bay Area: 80, 205, 238, 280, 380, 505, 580, 680, 780, 880, 980
20, 26, 77 & 126; SC-277 would be an interstate if not for a 'non-interstate interchange' at I-20 (travelling south, you can only access I-20 West, no access to I-20 East).
