I'm going to go with LA on this one. I've had some crazy encounters with random people on the street coming up & just socializing with me. They're usually nice, but strange at the same time. One time, this guy comes up to me & my family, starts telling us about himself (nicest guy you can imagine), but out of nowhere he says "I haven't killed anybody today". Something similar happened while I was on the NY subway. Must be a big city thing...
