These four metros have around the same population and a bit removed from other 2 million+ metros (at least within an 150 mile radius), making these areas sort of stand on their own compared to their surroundings

Which metro seems more culturally diverse? Not just city limits, but also counties, metros, etc.

I think this is a tough call since Phoenix and Denver both probably blow Seattle and Minneapolis out of the water on Hispanic/Latino population, Seattle probably blows the other three out of the water on Asian-American population, and Minneapolis probably has the healthiest all around mix of non-Hispanic whites, Hispanics, African-Americans, Asian Americans, and American Indians of the four. So, since it seemed close, I just decided to be a homer and vote Minneapolis...lol

Phoenix is a minority majority city.

If you rate diversity by tiny amounts of ethnicities here and there in your city like different Asians, Africans, and random ones, maybe Seattle. Otherwise for a split mix of brown and white people with black and red people well represented too, then PHX.

Most American cities I find are more similar than dissimilar when it comes to cultural diversity. It really is splitting hairs. This conversation will probably turn to which sort of "diversity" (as if a place that has more cultural diversity will determine how different anyone thinks) counts more. And then comes the homerism

I've lived in Phoenix, have spent months at a time in Seattle, have family in the Twin Cities, and have friends in Denver. They are all pretty good on this measure.

Now if it was political diversity, which is another TYPE of culture, I'd argue that Denver would probably have a bit more of it than the other three, but even there it becomes blurry. I only say Denver because the metro region in general has a lot more Independents in its population than either Seattle, MPLS, and Phoenix do. It's probably THE most purple metro region in the US.
