Better restaurant scene, freindlier people to interact with and no flash-mobs to contend with
1.) Restaurant scenes are highly subjective. Personally, the only thing that I can see Houston besting Philly on is Mexican.
2.) Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but it's not as if flash-mobs are a long-standing, everyday occurrence. Unfortunate? Absolutely, but it's just the result of a bunch of bored middle/high-schoolers letting loose some misdirected energy after a long winter.

1. I LOVE Mexican, so that's what I was thinking. I would also think Houston would have better/more choices of Vietnamese & Honduran (which I also crave).
2. I was being sarcastic. BUT, I find their chants of "burn the city" very scary. We don't need a repeat of the Rodney King disturbances, and I personally feel that Philly is much closer to that then any of us imagine. One incident is all it takes...........
Philly, I didn't even need to think about it. Houston really doesn't appeal to me.
