LA, it has a great skyline, and please, don't bring out the whole "for its size it is terrible' argument. it has a very inspiring skyline and imo, is third best in the US
Population has nothing to do with skyline, its demand for skysrapers and LA doesnt have one, because they can still building outwards instead of up
