REad my post i said ( the poll said no SO ONLY TIME WILL TELL)
meaning i am also saying no but my opinion dont matter because only time will tell if it does and the only reason why Houston population is what it is. Houston has over 600 miles of city to get that pop, now imagine if chicago annexed that much land what do you think the pop will be. Chicago city limits is much smaller and yet still has more people

The same amount of times you remind us That Houston is more dense than Atlanta and that Atlanta has no sidewalks and that Downtown Atlanta can compete with Houston. You wanna know anything else

Why remind of the obvious?

Houston will surpass Chicago in population, what nobody knows is just how long that will take. In our lifetime, possibly; possibly not.

Many people will disagree with you on this. Houston has the museum district, midtown, uptown, rice village. Atlanta can't touch Houston in it's varities of food, also in clubs and shops. Atlanta core is NOT more vibrant/urban than Houston's lol, I guarantee you that. Houston is a much more centralized city than Atlanta.
