Weatherwise Magazine -- March-April 2014
I will take a 90 degree day over a 60 degree day anytime. My sweet spot is 85 degrees, and 90 degrees is just not that far from that as 60s is.

Btw today is the last day of our cold front, it's 71 degrees right now, and 71 in my place. And I'm in sweater, sweat pants, and socks. My feet are still cold.

Is this the comfortable temperature that light clothing is supposed to achieve?

When it comes to comfort there is a reason why resorts have their pools at 84 degrees.

At 70 degrees, that's a 14 degree deficit, which when we are talking water, is huge.

He is.
Just do a Google search of the weather preference.
Most people loathe humdity.
Nobody enjoys it. It's hellish and your body struggles to cool down. How can it be comfortable if you're sweating from doing nothing ?

It's horrrible.

They just put up with it

Honolulu/Miami..then..
San Diego

The first 2 have a more ideal weather factoring in water activities (which lower latitude places are known for).

Water temps today (Miami 78F, Honolulu 79F, SD 62F (surf-forecast.com)). Different strokes for different folks.
Anyone swimming in SD this time of the year? If so with what, 5 mil wet-suit?

Miami climate isn't popular at all.

Not surprising.

Miami/Honolulu for year round water activities.

San Diego for pretty much everything else.

You should have included LA weather (my vote) (I did not vote San Diego b/c its too cool IMO), I like it slightly better than honolulu b/c im already used to it, Honolulu winters are the ones I really love, in the 80s, as opposed to LA's in the 70s, spring/ fall I have no favorite both are in the 80s, and summer i like Hohnolulu's 90s with humidity, i also like LA's summer (90s with dry heat) but the dryness burns the skin worse than humidity of Honolulu.
Where have you been? L.A has only seen four days with highs in the 70s in January so far, 3 days in the 50s, and the rest in the 60s. No 80s; much less those frequent 90s in winter you used to brag so much about. Also our overnight lows (even in the inland microclimates that see highs in the 90s in summer) are MUCH cooler than both of the other cities all year round. L.A is a paradise for mild weather lovers, not those who desire extreme heat like yourself (weren't you wishcasting us to hit 120 during the summer?).

san diego gets those too but at lower frequency, but when it gets one the temps dip into the upper 20s

yea but only 1-2 days before it becomes chilly with a high of 55-60
