Ohh please. Based on having dived any number of places in Hawaii and the Caribbean.
And lots of places in S. FL and CA and any other place I have hit where I could at least put a Snorkel on including the great lakes and some of the lakes of Wisconsin and the Lakes of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
We are talking night and day here. Not minor differences.
Day and night between FL/CA and HI/World? Or day and night between the lakes of the Midwest and FL/CA?

South FL also has John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. It's a really great place for this kind of activity.

Well it's not the only underwater park. The video in the original post was shot at the Channel Islands National Park. 250,000 acres, half of which are underwater. Also established in 1980.
