Exactly. In Texas, you will me hundreds if not thousands of Nigerians in Houston and DFW and you would have thought they grew up in the same hoods as them their entire lives (hell some of them have).
Nigerian Brian Orakpo who's straight out of Houston is a great example. He used to kill QB's with the Texas Longhorns, man I miss him at UT. Now he's around other Nigerians in DC with the Redskins with fellow Texan RGIII(who used to burn the Longhorns at Baylor):

Never heard a Southern accent in Miami, hear them all the time in Dallas. Dallas is part of the Bible Belt, Miami is not. Pretty easy choice, Miami is much less Southern.

Well you should listen to Trick Daddy or Trina. Both have a heavy southern drawl. The black american locals are very southern.

Salt Lake City is not part of the Bible belt, but you'd be hard pressed to believe that religion isn't big there. Blacks in Miami are not that much different than Blacks in the rest of the South. Church is big in South Florida.
