When I'm ballin' as much as Bill Gates or any of the multi-millionaires (and billionaires) that live in these cities with an infinitely better house, an exotic car, life, bank account, and able to support myself in places like Winnetka, South Lake, Aspen, Barton Creek, or so on then I might consider calling it that because I'll have credentials to undermine those that do but till then I'll have to graciously pass.
