It's true, Jax Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Neptune Beach are some of the prettiest east-coast beaches you'll find. Period.

Oh and the food in Jacksonville SUCKS!!!! See? Love/Hate...
LOL. That why I want to visit Jacksonville, I just don't think anything is as sprawled out as OKC!

It looks like Jacksonville's metro is about 200,000 people larger than OKC's. I thought they were closer in size.

I believe there's room for improvement, so my vote goes to JAX. Between the two, its natural setting can't really be beat.

How do they compare? Where would you rather live? I've never been to Jacksonville but always wondered if they are very similar in terms of recreational activities, jobs, housing market, visuals (trees, grass, flat land, hilly, buildings, skyline), crime rate, and if there are tons of Wally Worlds (Wal-Marts) there like Oklahoma City. Vote!
Both them suck, but at least Jacksonville offers a beautiful natural scenery... as well as pretty beaches: so I choose Jacksonville.

Agreed. Lack of natural beauty makes a terrible city seem much more terrible. Great natural geography can make a terrible city seem somewhat tolerable.

Jacksonville. I just prefer being closer to places like Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Atlanta, the beaches, even the eastern seaboard.

Beaches nearby.

Better climate than OKC too.

Jacknsoville! Its close to beaches, has a lot of nice neighborhoods and isnt invaded by illegal mexicans everywhere. Only downside is how spread out and rural it feels sometimes. Climate is also nicer in JAX

Any city no matter how much urban stimulation is offered would get tired for me after a while and I need either mountain or beach recreation nearby. Jacksonville for me.
