And besides Charlotte at 6 million is just another Atlanta
Not really.

Because people are always trying to compare Charlotte with Atlanta lmao....Charlotte posters have gotten so feisty here since they grew a few hundred thousand people and think they can compete with the Southeast's defacto capital city.

Oh, so overnight Miami and DC are no longer in the southeast?
If all these metros were 6 million, they would all have the stuff that the OP mentions and everyone on City-Data would still generalize the same positive and negative comments about each one of them regardless of the truth.
FWIW, I don't want Raleigh to be 6 million while I'm alive and, frankly, none of the listed cities will be that size in many of our useful lifetimes. Of the list, Austin, Raleigh and Nashville (probably in that order) will be the largest of the listed metros in 20 years. I wouldn't be surprised to see Raleigh's CSA and Austin's MSA (Austin no longer has a CSA?) above or near 3 million while Nashville's CSA nearing 2.5 million. ....but 6 million? That would probably take 30, 40 or more years hence for Austin and Raleigh.
On a separate note, I'm amused by all the Charlotte, Charlotte, Charlotte talk...AGAIN....
I am amused because I constantly hear how Raleigh (The Triangle) isn't comparable to Charlotte and now Charlotte wants to be compared. Can a city have attention deficit disorder?
The thing people don't realize is that, if these cities had 6 million people metros, they wouldn't be the same cities they are now. You can't just extrapolate based on a city in it's current state. Why the big cities like Dallas, Atlanta, and Houston lost it's southern charm and relics in the first place is because of how large they grew. Had the same happened to these cities, it is like they would have shedded many of their southern relics also.
