Definitions
"Clear" - 20% or less cloud cover
"Partly Cloudy" - Between 30% and 70% cloud cover
"Cloudy" - 80% or more cloud cover

This means that the sun is bound to shine on clear and partly cloudy days. Even on cloudy days it might peak through periodically if less than 100% of the sky is covered. These are also rigid definitions, which means that there's no qualitative analysis of the clouds. If 80% or more of the sky is covered by high-altitude clouds, then it's perfectly possible for the sun to shine persistently even on a "cloudy" day. It just means that the sky will be silver instead of blue.
I DON'T GIVE A CRAP WHAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE THINKS IS CLOUDY OR NOT; BLUE SKY SUNSHINE BARELY A CLOUD IN THE SKY USUALLY NONE AT ALL. GOT IT!!!

Don't tell me what's outside my window till you live next door.

Why'd you waste your time typing all that crap?

This is you...

LMAO I just did the math then noticed this...Pittsburgh only got 41 days of "so called" blue sky sunshine in that physical year. SO what are you trying to prove?

This is what a blue sky looks like since you obviously don't know:

These three pictures have on thing in common, they're all Colorado Blue sky sunshine shots.

Another thing, are young people moving in or out of the city? It would be particularly a concern for me considering I fall in that category myself. Is the city not appealing to young people?
I think "natural decline" means lots of deaths.

As Denis Leary said, "We got a lot of dead weight in this country." Pittsburgh just happens to be shedding its dead weight. This is how the city and metropolitan area can shrink but become markedly wealthier and more educated in the process.
First of all, losses in children means fewer adults 20 years from now. Secondly, to call kids, or anyone "dead weight" is appalling to me. It will not do Pittsburgh much good to get rid of kids, as we all keep getting older and older.

Lol. Is it your time of the month? You don't even live here lol so who are you to tell me what's going on outside MY WINDOW.

By one of those people I mean on of those that think every single law is a violation of the Constitution and fails to realize it's not 1780 anymore.

Considering you made an account this month and this thread was your first post, THAT'S YOU. I think you need a Valium. You're very angry and expect to be able to get away with saying ridiculous stuff without getting facts in return.

It's not anger, I'm frustrated trying to get through to people who have a one track mind, bashing Greeley with false information or inflating long ago events labeling a city with it forever. Not one person here bashing Greeley lives here now; one person lived here for 4 years many of which must have been the years Greeley was named "best city to live in" which was for several years in the 2000 decade. Another guy turns every most positive thing happening in Greeley making it a National Leader in economic growth into negatives then warns people not to listen to me because I say good things about Greeley and he researches till he finds something he can inflate making it look bad. Then the National Weather Service dribble that doesnt have a "Blue Sky Sunny Day" category who another poster tried to poke holes in the most beautiful climate out here and the information provided only proved Pittsburgh has less clear days that the statistic I was familiar with.

Are you people nuts? I think rather than I need Valium, you people all need a good dose of Prozac before you slit your wrists over your mind being so stuck on Greeley being such a bad place to live. What experts you are living half way across the country from us.

Somebody please look into your crystal ball today and tell me what I see in the sky because obviously I cant tell according to you.

Face it, the truth is so overwhelming posters have resorted to bashing me...a clear sign you haven't a clue what you're talking about while trying to bash Greeley and all I have to do is look out the window. Why don't you give up?

Oh and I opened an account this month because I just learned about the site and thought I'd share my experience living in Pittsburgh where my life was threatened for more than 10 years by the Zone 1 police, the mayors office covers the crimes, a friend who is a retired Supreme Court Justice said Zone 1 has commited so many consecutive felonies against be the first cop from more than 10 years ago was still on the hook for his crime and they rigged my court hearings against tenants to the point I lost 90,000 dollars on a 45,000 house over the roughly 15 years I lived there. If you love democrat corruption, Pittsburgh is the place for you. SO nice try trying to make me look like a troll; bad excuse to use for your not being able to refute the facts.

WOW you must be a Democrat thinking the Constitution was only for the year 1780; a liberal democrat to boot (the constitution is a timeless document) . Just wait till you see what's coming and you wont even notice it was minds like yours that caused it. Good thing that constitution is timeless because in Pittsburgh when you wake up and listen to the news, you don't wait to hear IF someone got shot last night but how many got shot. I never left home without a pistol on my belt.

I know what's going on outside your window, I left Pittsburgh mid September 2012, I seriously doubt it has changed since then even if all the democrats got voted out that month and it is totally republican led.

No sense talking to you, you cant see the forest for the trees.
