Isn't this more of a "facts" issue than an "opinion poll" issue?

There is a right answer to "which city has the highest crime rate", and it's not just conjecture.

This isn't up for opinion...crime rate is a published statistic, so this question is easily answered with a little research.

Here are the 2010 violent (includes murder) and propery crime rates per 100,000.

Baltimore-
Violent crime rate: 1,500.3
Property crime rate: 4,554.2

St. Louis-
Violent crime rate: 1,943.4
Property crime rate: 8,557.6

Detroit-
Violent crime rate: 2,377.9
Property crime rate: 6,698.0

New Orleans-
Violent crime rate: 754.2
Property crime rate: 3677.7
