There are latinos allllll over NYC, so I voted for here, and also Miami since that's a given.

This question is very very broad. A number of cities in the poll could have a huge influence.

Miami, no doubt about it. It is the #1 US destination for tourists and business people from Latin America by a long shot. There is a non-stop flight to Miami from every country in the Caribbean, Central and South America. If you want to get to most countries in South America from most places in the US, chances are you will connect in Miami. People from Latin America like going to Miami because of the beaches, entertainment, music scene, and that there are so many others all around the city who speak Spanish (and lots of Brazilians that speak Portuguese). They don't feel intimidated about visiting the place. All the big business, entertainment and media giants in Latin America have offices in Miami.

I think Chicago deserves to be up there. It has the 2nd largest Mexican population as of 2000 and a decent size Puerto Rican population as well.

No contest - Miami. New York is up there, but there is nowhere like Miami when talking about a city that has influence on culture in Latin America.
