Why did you leave out Omaha (4.1%)? It's bigger than Salt Lake City, Birmingham, Richmond, Orlando, Pittsburgh and I'd bet a number of other cities on that list. (Too tired to check them all now.)

Probably because the topic is going by metropolitan areas where Omaha metropolitan area is smaller than all the ones he and you both listed. The smallest metro I see there are Buffalo and Rochester which are both a bit over one million and Omaha is slightly less than a million--though I'm guessing Omaha will probably pass Buffalo and maybe Rochester by the 2020 census.
Those Mormons are doing something right...what's driving the Salt Lake economy? Glad to see Seattle approaching full employment. Detroit, Chicago, NYC all laggards in getting their economy off the ground. Also Vegas still struggling. And Memphis, Elvis needs to come back and fire up that place.

Full employment is ue of 5% and lower. They are at full employment. Basically everyone who wants to work is at market rate for that particular industry.
This is good news for Minneapolis/St Paul. I believe things are posed well for that metro area right now. It has the hip, "cool" factor young professionals are looking for AND a low cost of living and super low unemployment rate, which is hard to find outside of Austin.
