I will be moving in the near future. Would like to live near the ocean. I believe it will come down to one of these counties. Would like to hear people's opinions. Thanks in advance.
The cost of living is pretty much identical. Brunswick is close to Wilmington, and Nassau is close to Jacksonville. there is no comparison there. This is a very hard decision even the beaches look very similar. If i had a job opportunity in Florida id take it.
Nassau County, FL is warmer than Brunswick County, NC. Also, FL has no state income tax and better infrastructure than NC (e.g., smoother road surfaces).
