Cost of living and climate to Atlanta. Everything else to Toronto by a long shot.

Cost of Living?
Climate?
Not even arguable.
Education?
People?
Highly arguable.
I would give the rest of the categories to Toronto, except the highly subjective category of QOL.

Education: Toronto.
Quality of Life: lol.
Cost of Living: Atlanta.
Climate: Depends. Atlanta can get hot, Toronto can get cold and has the true four seasons. Matter of preference. I prefer diverse temperatures/seasons of Toronto.
Culture: Toronto.
People: Not sure what "people" means...
Transit: lol
Walkability: lol

Climate: Atlanta - Winter sucks in Toronto - especially this one!
Culture: Toronto is more cosmo and diverse
People: Toronto is more cosmo and diverse
Transit: Toronto
Walkability: Toronto

Toronto is a tier above Atlanta and wins in most of these categories. With that being said I still would much rather live in Atlanta over the superior Toronto.

Education: Toronto is more educated than Atlanta overall.
Quality of Life: Subjective because life is what you make it.
Cost of Living: Atlanta (Atlanta is cheaper)
Climate: Atlanta (Toronto gets too cold during winter months and summers are too short)
Culture: Toronto
People: Toronto more diverse and open minded population.
Transit: Toronto
Walkability Toronto by a wide margin.

No city is for everyone but since you rate Toronto 'superior' to Atlanta and it checks off more boxes, what is the reason(s) why you would much rather live in Atlanta? Is it work/school/climate/friends/family/location?

The ladder 3 friends, family and climate. I prefer the climate and surrounding areas more. Just like NYC and Chicago are also superior to Atlanta in most categories but prefer to live in Atlanta over these cities.
