I would definitely say Center City. You can pretty much walk to everything. There are so many unique boutiques and charming places to eat. I don't think any other downtown has a population as high as Center City either. There is virtually no crime in Center City also. It's mainly outside of Center City.

Seattle by far is one of the most beautiful cities in the USA. Downtown is getting better by the day...it's one of the best in America.

I voted for Philly. It's the most walkable and has a great all-around mix of retail, transit, etc.

San Francisco might be #1 too, aside from cost.

But I will rep Seattle...better retail than Philly, much cheaper than SF, and growing at an incredible pace.
