Which one of these city's unique residential streets appeal to you the most in terms of architecture, streets, greenery, scene, charm, etc. Here are some examples of each of these city's exclusive and signature blocks:
DC, New Orleans, Boston, St.Louis, have a great combination of dense urbanity, architecture, space and tree coverage. The pics you chose of DC are the most well rounded of them, somehow being cozy without being claustrophobic and still having trees. To a lesser extent Seattle, and Detroit. Miami has nice vegetation, but I'm not a fan of no sidewalks at all in that second pic.
Wow, all very pleasant looking streets. I would say DC is my favorite of them all. However, I do like homes in Detroit a lot, as well as Seattle. I would have to say my least favorite is Miami, but that type of design just isn't my style.

I also though it was weird how there were no sidewalk in one of the Miami pics, despite being in a relatively dense area.
Here would be my ranking:
Washington DC
Seattle
Boston
St. Louis
Detroit
New Orleans
Miami
From looking around in street view, I would say my most to least favorite were:
DC
Seattle
New Orleans
St. Louis
Detroit
Boston
Miami
Some of these cities had blocks that you can tell were gorgeous in their prime. This is especially the case with Detroit, where many blocks littered with trash and bordered up homes have so much potential, especially in terms of architecture.

I voted for Seattle. Last year I walked down streets like those admiring the houses; dreaming that one day I could be their neighbor. It really is a picturesque city! Both neighborhoods look so full of nature, rustic in architecture, yet so clean looking.
Miami would be a close second. As a native Floridian, the neighborhoods you chose look cozy and familiar. I could practically smell the cooking coming from these homes full of families and friends. The only thing missing is the 12 cars parked in the driveway, the grass, and at the nearby empty house's driveway down the road!
The link to Detroit reminds me of how my mom used to describe her home growing up living in Detroit 45 years ago. It really made me smile!
The others are still very lovely representations of the beauty each city has to offer! Any one of those places would be a nice!
