So, these cities are all very serious about hosting the Superbowl in 2019, due to the success of the previous cold weather Superbowl in New Jersey. Which city do you think deserves to have it?

Some of these cities can't even host it. You need a minimum 70,000 seats. Soldier Field, for example, would have to be expanded.

And I seriously doubt cold weather Super Bowls will become a regular thing. NYC is NYC; just because they would consider it in NYC doesn't mean they're going to Cleveland or something (no offense to Cleveland) next time around.

They'll take the chance of a weather disaster for the glamour of NYC, but I wouldn't necessarily risk it again or with other cities.

Also, New England is significantly colder than the Meadowlands, Chicago colder still, and Denver has much higher chance of significant weather event. These would all be much higher risk cities for a potential disastrous Superbowl.

Personally, I don't like the idea of cold weather cities hosting the Super Bowl. We had constant rumors of bad weather for weeks leading up to the game. There was even talk of moving the game to a different day or different location. I'd rather have them in a city that isn't expecting that kind of weather in February or in a domed stadium (Minnesota's new stadium will be domed). It also takes the weather element out of the game and removes that excuse for why a certain team lost. Then again, Dallas had an ice storm the weekend of the Super Bowl a few years back. But the game was in a dome.

Definitely not Foxboro, it's just another exit off I-95. Route 1 in Foxboro is Gillette Stadium, Patriot Place (nothing special), and some trailer parks.

DC. I don't think the other cities should host.

As a life long Patriots fan, I hate to agree with you, but I have to. The stadium is nice (not great) and it's quite a distance from Boston or Providence. The one advantage it would have over NJ is that the trains go directly to the stadium and you wouldn't have to change like they did in Jersey. Boston is a beautiful city, but I'm not sure if it would be the right place to hold it. I don't know.

As for the Olympics in Boston, we might have something there.

*New Jersey. It's okay, common mistake. I've heard it enough the last month.

I voted for Washington, DC. I don't know Denver very well so I could be wrong but I think DC has the mildest winters out of them all. Less chance of snow. Chicago and New England would be the worst choices IMO. Philly, average. Again, not sure about Denver. It may be better than DC but I don't know.
