Los Angeles. Iconic, and stands out to me. Still the tallest in L.A.

edit: WAIT. Hell no. Totally got it confused with US bank tower.
I think Dallas is sleek and sexy. Charlotte gives us quality and elegance. Atlanta makes a statement and is powerful.
Runner up is Seattle. A fine looking building, one of the tallest on the west coast, and has layers.
I'm going to have to give it to ATL

Charlotte BoA probably has the best crown of any building in NA... its just like perfect

I'd put Baltimore's Art Deco masterpiece at #2 (even thought it's apartments now)

Baltimore's was for many years known as the Maltheson Building, followed by being the Maryland National Bank building (with the groovy "MN" font near the top that was easily visible at night during the '70s, '80s, and early '90s), then being the NationsBank building during most of the Clinton era, before its buyout with B&A. It was one of the tallest buildings in the world outside of NYC and Chicago when it was completed, and unfortunately doesn't get much respect since its located in the densest cluster of skyscrapers in Baltimore, with One Light St. across from it being the most recent addition. I'd say that the rising Lupin (formerly Legg Mason) and T. Rowe Price buildings in the late 1980s/early '90s on Pratt St. really diminished its prominence from being a standout in Baltimore's skyline to just another building, even if its still the third tallest in the city today.

BTW the current Bank of America building in Baltimore today is a rather nondescript 1980s-era 18-story building across the Convention Center and right across from the city's tallest, the Transamerica (formerly USF&G and later Legg Mason, although there's a cool stone structure on the street with all the counties of Maryland arranged on it).
