Anyone who gets depressed about their city "getting no love" on CD needs to reevaluate their life.

Truer words have never been spoken.....HOWEVER, I can't say that my city getting trashed (or no love) hasn't ever put me in a lower state.

The poster he quoted isn't even from Philly. It's ok..some people just might actually prefer Philly.

I'm defining "northern" as the area east of the Missouri River and north of the Ohio and Potomac.

I'll start
Overrated: Washington DC (runner up: Boston)
Underrated: Cleveland (runner up: Rochester, NY)
Washington DC is extremely overrated! It's overrun by many "Interns" and "Silver Spoon" college student transplants who think they run the city!
Also, don't forget the "Keep up with the Jonses" folks who live in the surrounding DMV neighborhoods!

Too much negativity in the world so I'll pass on overrated.

I would say Philadelphia and Milwaukee are underrated.

I also like central areas of Detroit, it's a fun place to go and great architecture. People have horribly skewed ideas about that metro.
