True. The 'urban' part of Buckhead comprises about 10% of the entire district. Most of it is as you describe.
I am amazed that people still think skyline pics are somehow a logical retort to reality, as if one area of suburban highrises means that Buckhead isn't overwhelmingly big homes on giant, wooded lots..

But most of Beverly Hills is also single family homes.

I'm not comparing Buckhead to Beverly Hills (even though I think it's a good comparison, BV still wins). But Buckhead trumps Uptown Dallas. I'll let it rest though...I know that's not the topic of this forum.
