Regardless of the rate of growth, as long as Allegheny County keeps growing, I don't care what happens to the other counties in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. They're not the ones steering the ship anyway.

Agreed. Once you get outside of the exbrubs right next to Allegheny County, it's like a different world.
