I can see a west coast influence in some places like St Petersburg for sure. Its just not huge but I think it is there. Some ex SoCal folks and Seattle folks probably inhabited the area or are part of the rebuild especially the coffee scene that's coming up down there. YBor city it wouldn't shock me also if some from Seattle hang out there. I met a dude from WA state before in one of the bars there.

To me Tampa Bay area is a perfect balance between the good aspects of the West Coast AND the East Coast and runs at the perfect pace. Slower than both coasts but with both sides blended in as far as attitude goes.

Definitely Florida, which has people from California moving to it. In fact everybody is moving out of California, the only transplants to the state are the illegal kind.
