I like newer construction and I know a lot of people that would rather live in a 100 year old house. Where does CD like the housing style? Do you guys care about fitting a pool in the back, or don't need the room? What city does CD generally like the houses? Do you guys care about affordability? While houses in Chicago might be beautiful, the prices just make me say nope, I can find a nice place in the suburbs.
