I guess the point I was making went over your head clearly....

But to answer your question, if there weren't that many people going how would there be as many ski resorts nearby as there are? Lots of people ski in the Bay Area and the mountains are a lot farther.

Actually, Santa's home at the North Pole is located in Terminal 2 at MSP.

I was in Seattle for 2 weeks and it only rained 5 days but it was all on 5 straight days at least.

I hear that's were they give all visitors to MSP in the winter a sturdy shoulder to cry on, a warm blanket, hugs, hot chocolate, and a good book to cry into on their stay in the Cities.

I don't even understand how this thread exists.

Seattle has an extended fall that bumps into an extended spring. Seattle doesn't even get winter. At all.

It's like saying, "Which city has a worse winter: Toronto or Phoenix?"

You really don't understand? They can both be very miserable during winter months. Anyone who claims the opposite is delusional.
