Pretty silly question considering people are always moving around.. So it's always changing. Plenty of beautiful woman in Chicago (where I'm from) but also plentyyyy here as we'll in austin. Impossible question and greatly subjective.

New York City. Beautiful women from everywhere on the planet and in large numbers. One of the fashion capitals of the world, so you're bound to run into models!
Chicago, being the premier city of the midwest is going to have a lot more women of northern European background. So, if you like blondes, Chicago would be best.
Chicago is very diverse, but there is a bit of a demographic divide. The other two cities would be best for sheer volume of attractive professional women of ethnic minority background.
on this have to say NYC sort of by a large margin; NYC has one the best collection of beautiful women in the world. Chicago has many but not the NYC levels and SF does not jump out in this regard
If anything this should have been NYC, LA, and Miami
Chicago would probably be next though lots of pretty midwestern girls there
