Yes: because all natural daylight time presumes that one is always laying in the Sun from Sunup to Sundown.

Enjoy your cool and damp Winter in SF. Don't forget to take your vitamin D.

I think he was being sarcastic, rnc2mbfl, given that Sav858 has been saying Miami has superior winter weather throughout the entire thread.

Yes: because I was being totally serious..... Are you sure you're really enjoying that 77 degree weather, seem a bit uptight today.

Well, let's see... You give no indication that you were being sarcastic (or) and I am supposed to get that? I use an indication and the presumption is that I am uptight today? Okay...just so that I know the rules now.

Well I thought the ridiculousness of my statement followed up by an even more ridiculous "Suck it Miami!" would be a good enough indication of my sarcasm. Not big on the use of emoticons but maybe if I throw an "lol" in there that will be enough next time

Today the Sun will set in Miami at 5:45 PM; in Los Angeles the Sun will set at 4:59 PM.
Tomorrow AM, the Sun will rise 9 minutes earlier in LA than in Miami but I'll take 46 extra minutes in the afternoon.
For me, this is a no brainer advantage for Miami over Los Angeles in the Winter.
That said, I suppose I'll now see some verbal gymnastics about how having less daylight in the Winter is an advantage for Los Angeles.
while you were enjoying 77 F, I enjoyed 90 F, yesterday 88 F, and today 79 F, so really don't play that game with us, play it with New York or Philadelphia.

as for daylight, 46 extra minutes wont make or break it for me, 46 minutes pass by very quick, but i see what you are trying to say and i would too prefer more daylight.

90F? LA might be a little too hot for me in the winter. 90 is too high. Miami is a nice and cool 75 F. I guess LA really is warmer. But a little too warm.

It's not at all or even close, Miami is much warmer overall. It can get warmer in LA but it does not stay warm and during winter it's as consistent like it is in Miami. It will be 90 for like a day or two at most then LA will be back in the mid to upper 60's like this weekend. Miami will be 80 during the day and 70 at night for the next week, which are as perfect temps imo.

It was most definitely not 90 degrees in Los Angeles, yesterday.
