Lol, can people not read? I never said Sports Authority is better than Lambeau. I said Denver is a much better choice for a Super Bowl city than Green Bay.
Perhaps you should look at your own post again... Because that is what you were clearly doing... Particularly the second and third paragraphs if you need assistance reading what you, yourself wrote.

Quote where I say that Sports Authority field is better than Lambeau in any objective measure. I will wait.
I've believe Pittsburgh could easily host SB, the Rooney Family carries a ton of influence with the Top Brass at the NFL ....
I would agree if it wasn't for weather. Isn't the area known for brutal cold in February? Pittsburgh does have a lot of history/legacy like the Packers and Bears... but I think the major sticking point would be weather.
Maybe if they put a roof up, until then I think probably not.
Hmm, I wonder if there is a market for temporary stadium roofs, lol, just so cold weather cities could host easier. Something inflatable maybe?
Dude.. Dont even begin to compare some weak stadium named after some crappy sporting goods store to Lambeau.
You look like a tool.
Sports Authority Field is just as nice. What's so outlandish about the comparison? If it was AT&T Stadium or something like that, I could understand where SAF comes up short.
And as if the name of the stadium has to do with the quality. Lol
Denver would be great. It was just in the 70s the last few days. Although it will be in the 30s on Sunday (Superbowl)
That is what I was thinking, unfortunately we can't forecast that far ahead. It is very reasonable to believe that Denver would be 50-70 degrees in early February. Plenty warm for a Super Bowl.
While Chicago is an awesome city and Soldiers Field is in a great location, the stadium itself is too small. Would they be able to add in any extra seats for the game?

And can they change early February weather in Chicago, ha ha.

I'd say Chicago but it has 2 strikes against it.
Its stadium
--New Soldier Field opened in 2003
--Capacity: 61,500 (lowest in the NFL) with seats on average of 37 feet closer to the field than the old Soldier Field had a capacity of seating 74,280.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel floated the idea last year, of adding 5,000 seats to Soldier Field, to better its chances, for Chicago hosting a Super Bowl.
Requirements to host Super Bowl
1) Stadium seating capacity: 70,000 seats.
2) Hotel rooms: 25,000 within an hour's drive.
3) Weather: Average high temperature in early February must be at least 50 degrees or the stadium must have a dome.
4) Space: Enough to hold a media center and the NFL Experience theme park.
5) Staffing: Three times above the level for a normal sellout crowd.
6) Power: Provide power at no cost to the NFL, television networks and other media.
7) Advertising: Give the NFL the ability to cover existing stadium advertising during the game and replace it with its own advertising.
The league apparently overlooked the weather requirement for the 2014 Super Bowl at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Soldier Field Chicago
has a great setting in summer
