I am 23 years old, just graduated college, and I am looking to move to Costa Rica. I am looking to live somewhere with my girl friend and 2 dogs. My degree is in Communication and Marketing and I will be looking for a job until I start a business.
Been to Nosara, it was pretty fun, a littleeeee too small for me, and just wasn't the biggest fan. I had more fun in Rincon, Puerto Rico.
Here is some criteria that I am looking for:
1. I want to be somewhere relatively safe
2. I would like to meet locals and some people from US
3. I would like to get eventually a duplex so I can rent out the other side as a vacation rental (something similar to that style, basically getting into real estate)
4. Job working for a company or resort something with decent pay and not food and bev.
5. Where has the most sunshine and where rains the most?
6. Does Puerto Viejo have consistent waves year round?
7. Where is the next "up and coming" surf town that is not very saturated, lest crime, nightlife, tourism growing?
