Not bad. I'd actually invert Chicago/Philly and Atlanta/Richmond in your ranking.
...I readily admit a bias regarding Chi-town though
Chicago is a more exciting and urban city, in my opinion, but strictly on streetscape I'd probably choose Philly (but it's very close).
I went back and forth on Atlanta and Richmond too and it's almost the same deal - Atlanta is obviously much more exciting and urban overall but strictly on streetscape I'd lean Richmond.
True, but it's fairly easy to find street scenes that make any city look good. No one is going to post ugly street views...they will post the best they can find.
I purposely picked views at random, I did not nitpick as you can see from my links.

Fair point... I said of my hometown, Cleveland, it is a chameleon in terms of attractive urbanized areas. Well, here are some of the more ugly, Tobacco-Road-ish streetscapes of the CLE:
St. Clair Ave (Goodrich-Kirtland neighborhood, near downtown)
I selected over a dozen streetsscapes throughout the city for my contribution, just as others have done. Must we really complain about everything? I suppose this is the Internet.
Who was complaining? I just said that this still doesn't prove how great a city is because people will obviously only show the best street views. Do you think your city only has a dozen nice streetscapes? And I'm positive it would have just as many that you wouldn't want to share. Anyway...
Very nice... I've been to Richmond, but really in just passing through and really haven't checked it out closely (this will change)... Many of the areas you highlight strongly echo D.C., esp Dupont Circle, Capitol Hill and Adams-Morgan.
