In no particular order:

Chicago
Montreal (Vancouver?)
DC
Boston
Miami (Seattle?)

Note: I've never been to Vancouver, Seattle, or Miami, so I am not so sure.

I was thinking about Vancouver, but it's heavily Asian/White, not sure if one would get a feeling of a true international city.

The most international cities in the US in terms of vibe to me are:

NYC
LA
Miami (even though that vibe is overwhelming from one part of the world)
San Francisco/Washington DC

Those are the most international cities in terms of vibe. After that:

Chicago
Houston/Boston

After that, it blurs a bit.

Dallas felt international as well, lots of South Asians and different Latin groups, decent East Asian community.

Thats true. Dallas is probably next in line along with Seattle, Atlanta and Philly after Boston and Houston.

Two parts of the world actually - Europe and Latin America. If you were to come to Miami Beach, it's undeniable the European presence. From the Italian real estate investors, to the eastern european bar-girls and managers, to the german and Scandinavian tourists.

The rest of Miami is heavily latino - especially from the islands, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia.

However, Miami is truly connected to Latin America. It's not just where you go to hear Spanish, eat in Cuban restaurants, or dance to reggaeton. A lot of companies that service Latin America as well as banks are headquartered in Miami, so there is a huge business presence and exchange. Not to mention pop culture. For people in Miami they breathe and live on events that happen in Latin America countries. To be honest, there is no major city like it in the USA.

Is the Latin American connection less noticeable if you don't speak Spanish? Ive never really noticed it being so overwhelming as a visitor.
