Baltimore
New Orleans
Richmond
Milwaukee

Although I prefer New Orleans form of Urbanism; personally, Baltimore's can't get a bit depressing in terms of housing or living environment. Midtown/Mt. Vernon were cool, but the rest of Bmore lacked "excitement."

Yeah Baltimore should be taken out of this thread, it won't even be a competition if it is included.

Excitement can be had in Downtown, Fells Point, Harbor East, Federal Hill, Station North, which are equally, if not more exciting than Mount Vernon.

In terms of urbanity:

1. Baltimore
2. Milwaukee
3. New Orleans
4. Richmond

Though New Orleans is my favorite city in that group.

I'd say new orleans without a doubt. Giving more points for functional street life.
