If I were Price Waterhouse: drop SF from the list and add San Jose to the list since SF has been steeling SJ thunder. San Jose is the biggest city in the Bay Area with all the commerce.

San Jose is a suburb that happens to also contain one of the San Francisco area's satellite downtowns.

Also, this is a global list, so they attribute the city that people have heard about.

That suburb is a big reason for why it's so high on the list though
