Toronto vs Montreal Vs Vancouver:As a tourist which would you rather go to? (live, better)

As a tourist,which of these cities would you prefer to travel to.If you have gone to any of them,which did you enjoy the most?Which has the most to do?

I chose 'all equally impressive'. I was only in Vancouver as a baby, and so would love to see it again and experience it. It looks absolutely beautiful, with nicer weather than the rest of Canada and, from what I hear, great Asian cuisine. That said, I really love Toronto and want to move there someday. And I've never been to Montreal, so I would love to go. I can't decide!

A lot of people know English as well as French and there's actually a good number of primarily English-speaking Canadians living there. Though it helps to know some basic French.

For Quebec City, I'd say you should know some basic French and more, but even then you could get by in the tourist areas.

Been to all three, especially love Vancouver and Montréal. I'd like to go back to Montréal again, haven't been since 1998. It's the one city out of the three that gives the ambiance of having left the country and I remember it having outstanding architecture, excellent food, and impressive nightlife. I'd choose Toronto second, might even do a combo trip. as I haven't explored it as much as I'd like to. I do love Vancouver but I think I got my fill of it after visiting at least 10 or more times when I lived in Seattle. Can't go wrong with all three though, they all have a great urban pulse.

These three cities were duking it out not so long ago in city vs city in this thread....

Montreal excels in a few categories over Toronto and Vancouver but from an overall point of view I'd definitely choose Toronto to visit as a tourist.

-Toronto has much larger international festivals, more in pure numbers and more ethnically, which would draw me over than the other two cities.
-Better museums and more renowned ones to see.
-Better shopping.
-Toronto is much larger in area than Montreal/Vancouver so there is more to see and do across the city.
-Toronto is closer to Niagara Falls for a quick day trip.
-More variety in food options.
-I can attend an NBA or MLB season game in Toronto (can't do that in Montreal or Vancouver). I can even attend an NFL season game if I wanted to (when the Bills play at Skydome certain games). Also impossible to do in Montreal/Vancouver).
-A bigger downtown.
-Though it's more expensive, Toronto has better overall public transit which is a plus.
-More touristy attractions and points of interest (CN Tower, Yonge Street, Eaton Centre, Dundas Sq, Toronto Islands, Chinatown, St Lawrence Market, the parks, beaches, shows/theater, better sports etc.)
-Higher chance of a big name act/musician stopping in Toronto on their tour, than the other two cities.

Toronto would be my choice, followed by Montreal, and then Vancouver.

^^ Yeeaaaah, 2.8 million people in the city proper and we're at 41 homicides thus far this year.

I think Toronto has more to offer overall to a tourist who would like to spend more than a few days in each of the 3 cities.
