I don't really consider D.C historic besides the mesuems and the fact that it's the capital. Baltimore is more historic then D.C IMO.

Its generally agreed that Baltimore is more historic than DC as far as colonial or pre 1900 history is concerned. DC has an advantage over every city in the fact that federal history is made there so DC federal history is relevant to the entire country in the way that another city's history may not be.


Would go with Philly as most historic with an extremely slight edge over Boston.


Historic in this case means notable history that affects a wide range of people. Obviously everywhere has history.
